The breakfasts here are delicious with a nice variety to choose from, the rooms are spacious, and having free Wi-Fi is a great bonus.

Location: the hotel was very close to Kutaisi rail station, the main sights, and pleasant old town. Both rooms we booked were large and airy with the balcony and high ceiling, for instance, the stay was just perfect.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Colchis Fountain, the bed is large, the room is warm and well-ventilated, and the staff provides helpful information.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy hotel with friendly staff. the location was convenient, a short taxi ride for 20 lari, in a natural setting. - It's just a couple of blocks away from Tetri Khidi, where you can have dinner. - Highly recommended for those with early flights.

Great city center location, close to amazing restaurant. Friendly hosts offered assistance with market shopping. Spacious, comfortable room with nice period interior. Family atmosphere created by hosts, including inviting guests to homemade food and drinks. Safe environment with fluently spoken multiple languages.

The guesthouse had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to walk to all the main sights and attractions. Plus, there was a famous restaurant right next door, so we didn't have to go far for a delicious meal. the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like part of the family, offering us tea and snacks upon arrival. It was a really nice touch and made us feel instantly at home.

That the guesthouse was a bit noisy at night. Since it was located in the city center, we could hear street dogs barking and it woke us up a few times.

The warm and welcoming hosts made us feel like important guests. We enjoyed the delicious Georgian food and drinks, and the tours to the mountains, canyons, and wine cellars were incredible.
